Chesapeake Public Schools COVID-19 Clinic
Chesapeake Public Schoolswill be working with Rite Aid and the Chesapeake Health Department to provide in-school COVID-19 vaccinations to our high school of choice during the week of May 24, 2021.
The first doses of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine will be available to students ages 12 and older, along with their parents and staff. Students ages 12-17 require the presence of an adult.
Participation in these clinics is completely voluntary. Participants must follow COVID-19 mitigation procedures, including wearing a mask, maintaining six feet of physical distancing, and having a temperature screened upon arrival.
